Who we are

SIBT, Superintelligence Bot Teams, runs sibt.si. The data controller is Purposeful Profits Inc., which operates SIBT (Superintelligence Bot Teams). Founder: Caner Veli, Brooklyn, New York. Contact: growth@sibt.si.

What we collect

• Chat and apply form: your goal, brand name, website, main bottleneck, annual revenue band, name, email and the page you sent it from.
• Tools: if you choose to give it, your name and email, plus the tool you used and basic tool data (for example the CRO Checklist tier). The calculators and the scorecard run in your browser and send nothing unless you give your email.
• Browser storage: your chat draft is kept in session storage so a refresh keeps your answers. Tool progress is kept in local storage on your device.
• Headline test: on the home page we test 2 versions of the main headline. A version letter (A or B) is kept in local storage on your device (key sibt_hero_v) and sent with any chat or email form you submit, so we can see which headline works better.
• Link tags: some links we send by email carry tags that name the campaign and the email (for example utm_campaign and v). When you arrive through one, we keep those tags, the page you landed on and the date in local storage on your device (key sibt_attr) for up to 90 days, and send them with any chat or form you submit, so we can see which emails help. No cookies are used, and you can clear it by clearing your browser storage for sibt.si.
• Server logs: our hosting provider processes standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few site events, such as a form being sent. It does not use cookies and does not identify you, and we only see totals. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry and send your next step.
• To assess fit for the Growth Audit or a route.
• To follow up about the tool you used.

The SIBT team reads your answers. The SIBT bot team may summarise them to help prepare a reply.

For UK and EU visitors, our lawful bases under UK GDPR and EU GDPR are: consent, when you submit a form; legitimate interests, to reply to and follow up on an enquiry you made; and contract, when you start the Growth Audit or become a client.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the site and our CRM:

• Vercel: hosting and the serverless functions that receive the chat and email forms.
• Notion: our CRM, where your enquiry is stored.
• Vercel Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregated site statistics.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

If you make an enquiry through this site, SIBT keeps the personal details you share for 60 days, then deletes them. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as the contract runs, then delete it within 60 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. UK and EU residents have rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Residents of some US states, such as California, have similar rights. To make a request, email growth@sibt.si.
